ABOUT ME

Jordan Rothenberg is a highly successful SaaS rep turning recruiting specialist with an expertise of selling into multiple segments from Small-Medium Businesses to Enterprise. His experience as one of the first sales hires at high growth technology companies gives him first-hand experience from the candidate standpoint as well as unique appreciation for  the difficulty these organizations face in finding elite and sustainable sales talent.

Jordan began his sales career at Justworks as a Sales Development Associate, quickly climbing the ladder to Account Executive in less then 10 months. There, he consistently beat sales goals, and was a Presidents Club Recipient and 3X Winner Circle Recipient.

 

From Justworks, Jordan joined Thoropass where he was the second sales hire when the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) was just $500,000. He went on to close $4 million in net new ARR for the business, leading the entire organization and single-handedly representing 20% of their total revenue. An effective self-starter with a hunger to drive results, 60% of Jordan's activity was driven by cold outbound outreach.

Given this success, Jordan knows what it takes to find effective sales people who are willing to work in the trenches. His #1 goal is to help early stage companies get it right the first time, and help top talent like himself find the next opportunity of a lifetime.
